This is only available for plan without meals, and in the event of rain or bad weather, you can cancel free of charge even on the day of your reservation, so please contact the inn.
For meal plan, cancellation is free up to 2 days in advance.

For safety reasons, we may decide to suspend or prohibit operation in the event of typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, or other weather conditions.
If the decision to cancel is made the day before your stay, we will contact the representative by around 5pm the day before.
However, for the safety of our guests, we may cancel the event immediately before it begins due to sudden changes in weather, etc.There is no cancellation fee.
In that case, please understand that we cannot pay for expenses other than the accommodation fee at this facility, such as transportation costs to the site, cancellation fees for other facilities, rental car fees, etc.

Even in strong winds it may be possible to stay overnight, however for the safety of our guests we may not be able to set up barbecue tents.
In that case, the barbecue may be held in a safe location such as a kitchen tent.((If there are multiple accommodation groups, the time will be alternated.)
Please understand that the hotel will not contact you in advance if accommodation is possible.

    For the no-meal plan, you can bring your favorite ingredients.
    All tools and tableware are rented free of charge.

    All you need is some food, drinks, and charcoal to experience glamping!
    There are also playsets that small children can play, so it is also recommended for families with children.
