・bonfire/Fireworks:The event may be canceled on the day of the event based on notification from the fire department.
Whether or not bonfires and fireworks are permitted will not be confirmed until the day of your stay.
This measure is being taken to ensure safety, so we appreciate your understanding.

In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons, heavy rain, or strong winds, we may decide to cancel or cancel operations for safety reasons.We may contact you shortly before the event to cancel due to sudden changes in weather, etc.There is no cancellation fee.
In that case, please understand that we cannot pay for expenses other than the accommodation fee at this facility, such as transportation costs to the site, cancellation fees for other facilities, rental car fees, etc.
Even in strong winds it may be possible to stay overnight, however for the safety of our guests we may not be able to set up barbecue tents.
In that case, the barbecue may be held in a safe location such as a kitchen tent.((If there are multiple accommodation groups, the time will be alternated.)
